Gender parity: BIO HABITAT has achieved a score of 93/100 on the Gender Equality in the Workplace Index for 2026, based on 2025 data. This indicator, set out in the 2018 ‘Avenir Professionnel’ Act, is calculated on the basis of the following five indicators:
- the gender pay gap
- the disparity in the distribution of individual pay rises
- the disparity in the distribution of promotions
- the number of female employees receiving a pay rise upon returning from maternity leave
- gender parity amongst the 10 highest earners.
